M.Sc. Ljubica Joanidis, certified auditor, manager  

Ljubica Joanidis was born in Skopje on April 14, 1977. In the year 1995, after completing primary and secondary education she enrolled at the Faculty of Economics, University "St. Cyril and Methodius" - Skopje as a regular student at the International Trade Department. She finished her studies in full term in the year 1999 and obtained the title of Bachelor in the field of foreign trade.

In 2000 she enrolled in graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics "St. Cyril and Methodius" – Skopje at the Department of Accounting and Auditing. That same year she started her career as auditor and partner, in the audit company Baker Tilly Macedonia where he worked until August 7, year 2014. On the August 8, year 2014, due to reorganization of the legal form of the company, she founded the audit company Baker Tilly Joanidis. On February 12, year 2004 she acquired the title of certified auditor, issued by the Ministry of Finance (no. 85), the project implemented between the Ministry of Finance and USAID which acquires knowledge of International Accounting Standards, International Standards on Auditing, Managing accounting, local regulations and ethical standards.

Licensed for assessor in the field of material, accounting and financial operations (license no.07-281/2 issued by the Ministry of Justice) and is a certified assessor for the following areas: real estate, receivables and payables, capital of companies and industrial property.

Holds Certificate of Chartered Certified Accountants (license no.12-13030/2 of 20 June 2014 issued by the Ministry of Finance).

She has 15 years of work experience, in the audit engagements of the financial statements of banks, insurance companies and financial institutions, audit of projects financed by international financial institutions and in the field of accounting for domestic companies, insurance companies and subsidiaries of multinational companies.
